This month at MOW, it is #SelfCareSeptember, a concept that we take seriously. Today the average working woman is borderline overwhelmed with stress. Why? Because we are trying to do it all. Be the perfect mom. Be organized. Excel at work. It’s tough.

Stress is the reaction of your body to any kind of task you might have. Everyone gets stressed from time to time, but it’s becoming more frequent. Stress is severely damaging to your health.
Chronic, long term stress can be damaging because simply put - the body no longer knows how to deal without pressure. Its default is to be stressed. That’s scary, right?!
Take care of yourself, and try to relieve yourself of some stress this September. And maybe for every month to come!
