Have you ever wondered what the process looks like to hire a metro's other woman® personal assistant? Today Liz, our Wilmington, Raleigh & Charlotte owner is answering all your questions!
Let’s review briefly what you’re looking for and make sure we’re the right fit! We also discuss your scheduling preferences and important qualities you look for in your assistant. Our goal is to always place you with the best fit.
During this time we build your client profile. From laundry specifications to pet care needs, we make sure to know all of the details. Our staff members are able to access this information to make sure your needs are handled as you wish.

It’s time to begin services! Our location manager will introduce you to your new assistant and then stay to get them started on services. They will also return at the end of your first appointment for a quality check and to see if we have any questions regarding you’re preferences.
Now it’s time to enjoy a life free of chaos! Our location managers will be in touch once a month to ensure we are providing quality services and your needs are being met. If there is anything that we need to tweak or adjust, simply let us know!
Q: Will have the same assistant each week?
A: Yes! You will have the same assistant on a weekly basis. They will also provide services for you on the same day/time each week.
Q: What happens if I don’t like my new assistant?
A: We are happy to transition a new assistant on to your schedule, and we will handle the entire transition process!
