If you're able to eat the same thing for dinner all week, by all means... Do it! Whip up a stew, soup or casserole - the less dishes you have to use, the better!

2. INGREDIENT OVERLAP
When picking your recipes for the week, look for overlapping ingredients. If you have two recipes that call for quinoa, you'll get more bang for your buck if you make one large batch.

Opt for a veggie or two, plus one starchy carb & one protein. This combination will keep your blood sugar & energy stable & will make your meal prepping so easy. Top with a dressing or sauce for extra flavor!
4. SCHEDULE TIME TO PREP
Not only do you need to schedule time on your calendar to prep, you also need to check your schedule for the week ahead to figure out how much to make. Factor in any special outings & occasions!
5. QUALITY CONTAINERS
