DIY Fall Table Settings

Happy Fall Ya’ll!

Whether it feels like it or not, FALL IS HERE!

This week Sarah, our Founder had the pleasure of going on Abbie Live in L.A. and showcasing a few easy-to-make fall centerpieces that are perfect for any holiday table.

Here's How to get Started:

First things first, grocery store run! Our store of choice is Trader Joe's.

They stock so many fun assortments of pumpkins and squash this time of year.

We also snagged a fun pumpkin tree there too.

Don't worry if the orange doesn't fit in with your chic theme. We've got a tip! Keep reading....

Next, we made our way to the nearest craft store. Michael's is the perfect stop for all your crafting needs, especially around holiday time! [Oh and be sure to snag the 40-50% off coupon online]

Find a couple fun accents for your tablescape. We love mixing plastic and real varieties.

Get creative, but don't forget about what you might already have at home to use!

Check Out our Three Favorite Looks:

Tablescape #1: We love this look because it is both chic and traditional.

[Our followers on Facebook loved this look the best!]

To create: We used a rustic-looking table runner (that we already had at home) and arranged all of the fall varieties we purchased on the center of the table until it looked just right!

For the place setting: we added a mini pumpkin (we love white) and a place card.

Here's a closer look at the centerpiece.

Tablescape #2: We went for a simpler look here just to show you how easy it is to create beauty without a lot of 'stuff'. Pumpkins everywhere!

To create: We took the same runner from tablescape #1 and flipped it over. We used all of the pumpkins from our Trader Joe's run and added a few sprigs of fall inspired sprays.

For the place setting: We used a white plate with dots of gold. We cut that cute little pumpkin tree from Trader Joe's and rolled it up with a napkin and tied with some twine we had lying around the house.

Tablescape #3: Our favorite glam and modern look.

We are seriously swooning over the metallic and grays here!

To create: We got a little more creative on this look! The first thing we did was grab several non-matching candle sticks from around the house. This centerpiece needs height! Next, we mixed and matched with faux and real pumpkin varieties. Recall the varieties from Tablescape #1? Well, we painted several of them in our metallic modern color scheme using Martha Stewart Acrylic Paints! came to the rescue... Such an easy fix. .

For the place setting: We went all out and placed a gold charger under our white plate. We found a glammed up fall spray while shopping and added a personalized place card on top.

Here's a closer look at the centerpiece:

Check out that velvet pumpkin with the feathers! We couldn't leave the store without it.

Ok - that's it! So easy and such a fun project to do before your holiday get-togethers this fall.

Don't forget to get creative and use things from around the house.
