Fees & Guidelines
Please read the following carefully.
Monthly Recurring Billing:
Accounts are charged on the 1st day of each new month for the program selected. All Major Credit Cards: including Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover and accepted.
A late fee of $50 will be assessed after the 5th day of non-payment.
Cancellation Policy
Clients are never bound by a contract. Cancel your program with a 30-day notice. Additionally programs can be paused twice per year for no more than 2 monthly cycles. Please contact your program manager for more information.
Reschedule Policy
Remember, services are all-inclusive. If you need to reschedule an appointment, your assistant will do her best to accommodate your request within the same service month. There are no roll-overs or transfers for skipped appointments.

Programs are inclusive. We do not charge by the hour.

Mileage is assessed according to IRS guidelines, currently $.53.5 per mile (only outside of 5 mile service area)

Consultations are always complimentary and required!

An on-boarding fee of $100 is due prior to starting services.
