Summer Popsicles!

Nothing beats a cold refreshingly sweet popsicle in the Summertime! Try making your own with these popsicle molds! They are so delicious + fun for you and the kids to make together! ROOT BEER FLOAT POPSICLE Ingredients: 15 ounces A&W® Root Beer 1 cup vanilla ice cream Directions: 1. Let the vanilla ice cream sit out until it becomes slightly melted. 2. Fill each mold a third to half full of ice cream. 3. Fill each mold with A&W Root Beer. Since the root beer will foam, let it sit for a minute until that foam goes down and fill some more until you have liquid to the top of each mold. 4. DIY salad dressing is the way to go! Healthier + SO much tastier! HONEY LEMON VINAIGRETTE + SUMMER SALAD Honey Lemon Vinaigrette Dressing INGREDIENTS 3 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice 1/2 tsp finely minced lemon zest 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil pinch salt and pepper to season 1 tsp honey 1 teaspoon chopped fresh thyme or other fresh herbs Summer Salad INGREDIENTS Romaine Lettuce Diced Cucumber Sliced Fresh Peaches Bacon DIRECTIONS 1. Whisk together all of the ingredients for the vinaigrette or shake together well in a covered mason jar. 2. Pour over the assembled salad ingredients, toss and serve immediately. Enjoy!
